Water-based epoxy curing agent K-13

Product Introduction
Water-based epoxy curing agent K-13 is a new generation water-based epoxy resin curing agent synthesized using hyperbranched technology. This curing agent uses only water as a diluent and contains no co-solvents. The product has latent and post-curing capabilities, providing continuous curing ability under relatively humid or slow water evaporation conditions. It is used with matching water-based epoxy resin emulsions.
Applicable Occasions
1) Concrete surfaces: Suitable for base and mid-layer water-based epoxy floor coatings, thicker water-based epoxy mid-layer coatings, etc.;
2) Matching sealing primer: Used as a matching primer for damp substrate surfaces;
3) Exterior wall sealing primer, polyurethane, polyurea waterproof coating sealing primer, etc.
4) Water-based epoxy adhesives, etc. 
Product Characteristics
1) The product has low odor, uses water as a diluent, and can formulate environmentally friendly coatings with zero VOC;
2) The product has low viscosity, excellent penetration and adhesion to substrates, and can seal some alkali and moisture vapor in damp concrete;
3) Good dispersibility for pigments and fillers, allowing the addition of more filler materials;
4) High strength when combined with water-based epoxy resin emulsions; the coating is less prone to cracking after adding powders and quartz sand;
5) The product has low viscosity, and when combined with epoxy resin emulsions and fillers, it still maintains good fluidity, allowing the formulation of self-leveling water-based epoxy floor materials.

Usage Reference
1. This product can be used to formulate various two-component water-based epoxy resin primers. After adding powders or quartz sand, it can formulate water-based epoxy mid-coatings.
2. To meet different usage requirements, the amount of curing agent can vary within 15% of the theoretical value. Higher amounts can achieve higher gloss; lower amounts can achieve better water resistance.
3. The formulation composition and curing conditions of epoxy coatings prepared with this water-based epoxy curing agent and water-based epoxy resin emulsions should be determined by users through experimentation. 
Packaging, Transportation, and Storage
This product is packaged in 22KG or 220KG plastic drums. It is non-flammable, non-toxic, and can be transported as a non-hazardous material. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and open flames. When undiluted, it can be stored at low temperatures (-10°C). Under normal storage conditions, the effective shelf life is 1 year.
